It's ru rou fan and it's pretty common in Taipei! Must try!

We tried this and it's nice! It's 官财板, th name sounds interesting?
七里香 in Taiwan actually means chicken bottom.
Didn't manage t finish th large fried chicken that I got from this stall as I was alrd so full.
